Why we do this ?
History
Exocap was launched in Singapore in 2019 as a firm providing consulting and advisory services to the asset and wealth management industries in Asia and Europe. We have worked on investment management projects and fund launches for multinational financial groups, HNWIs and independent managers.
Since the emergence of the VCC in Singapore (and the OFC in Hong Kong), most of our work is focused on Asia-based fund structures. We have incrementally enhanced our funds services and built a platform dedicated to funds and asset managers, especially in the VC, PE and alternatives spaces.
